Terms and Conditions of Use

Last updated: June 10, 2026

The content of this site is informational and does not constitute medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a healthcare professional. Reviewing it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the website clinicalatinacc.org (hereinafter, “the Site”), operated by Clínica Latina Corpus Christi (hereinafter, “we”), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services and medical information

The Site describes, for informational purposes, the services we offer in Corpus Christi, TX and surrounding areas (family medicine, aesthetics and Botox, laboratory, women’s health, among others). Information about services, prices, hours and availability is offered in good faith and may change without prior notice.

The Site’s content does not replace the diagnosis, treatment or advice of a qualified healthcare professional. The care relationship is established only in person at the clinic. Decisions about your health should be made with a professional, not based on the Site.

3. Acceptable use

By using the Site you agree NOT to:

  • Use it for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to access restricted parts or related systems without authorization
  • Interfere with its operation (attacks, mass scraping, overload)
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Upload or transmit false, defamatory, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights
  • Use the Site’s content for commercial purposes without our written consent

4. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, images, logos, code and design) is the property of Clínica Latina Corpus Christi or its licensors, and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the United States and international law. You may view and download content solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

5. Appointments and payments

Appointments are currently coordinated by phone, WhatsApp or in person — the Site does not offer online booking or payments. Payments are made directly at the clinic.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, contact the clinic as far in advance as possible through the contact methods listed at the end.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be free of errors, interruptions or defects.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its informational content.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be limited by law. This clause applies to the use of the Site, not to the clinical care you receive in person.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (for example, Google Maps or WhatsApp). We do not control their content and are not responsible for their practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time if these terms are violated or for operational reasons, without affecting your right to receive clinical care through the usual channels.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute related to the Site will be resolved in the competent courts of Corpus Christi (Nueces County), Texas.

11. General provisions

  • Entire agreement: these terms, together with the Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement regarding the use of the Site.
  • Waiver: failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • Severability: if a provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

12. Contact
